Η επόμενη επανέκδοση από τον κατάλογο των DEATH είναι το “Individual thought patterns”, το οποίο και θα κυκλοφορήσει στις 31 Οκτωβρίου μέσω της Relapse Records. Το remix έχει γίνει από τον Alan Douches και το νέο «πακέτο» περιέχει και 2 bonus discs. Το πρώτο έχει ακυκλοφόρητα demo και ένα live full set ηχογραφημένο στη Γερμανία κατά τη διάρκεια της περιοδείας της μπάντας το 1993, ενώ το δεύτερο περιέχει (αποκλειστικά για αυτήν την επανέκδοση) σπάνια riff tracks από το αρχείο του Chuck Schuldiner.
